 Dalian Luminglight Co., Ltd. is the largest research and development base in photoluminescent materials and products in China so far and has been designated as the post-doctoral workstation by the State of Personnel Ministry of China. The center is made up of 82 developers, of whom above 90% staffers are graduates. The center has 15 masters and doctors now.
The company has established collaborating relationship with many scientific research institutions in  China such as Changchun Physics Research Institute Affiliated with China Science Academy, Dalian Chemistry & Physics Research Institute, Beijing University and some overseas-based companies such as Honeywell Co., which in turn stimulates the scientific exchange between the company and the institutions worldwide. Furthermore, up to 15% of the revenues generated from sales is put back into research and development of facilities and new products development. Now, the company is well equipped with LMS laser granularity analytical instruments, LS-100 luminescent powder relative luminance instrument and UV-610 spectrophotometer, etc., creating a better circumstance for its products research and development.
